Where do I start if I have nothing — no logo, no brand, nothing?
With Brand Foundation — our two-week, one-time engagement at $1,500. It builds your logo, brand guide, bio, and digital profiles from scratch. You don't need to arrive with anything except 30 minutes for a discovery call and the willingness to answer 27 intake questions.
Is there a contract? What if I want to stop?
No contracts. After an initial 3-month minimum (so we have enough time to show real results), everything is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice, anytime, no questions asked. We earn your business every month by delivering work that keeps you here.
I already have a logo and some branding — do I need Brand Foundation?
Not necessarily. We audit what you have first. If it's solid, we use it. If it needs a refresh, we tell you honestly and scope accordingly. We never force a rebrand if it isn't needed.
How much time does this actually take from me?
Brand Foundation: ~20 minutes to fill out the intake questionnaire, and two 30-minute calls. Retainer: roughly 10 minutes per week to review and approve content. That's genuinely it — everything else is handled on our end.
Do you work with agents at any brokerage?
